Directors & Officers Liability

Covering Directors and Officers of the company against loss arising from any claim made against them by reason of any Wrongful Act (as defined in the Policy) committed or alleged to have been committed by them in their capacity as Directors or Officers of the company. A further section of the policy covers Company Reimbursement in relation to the same Wrongful Act.
